When I’m short on time and don’t want to miss a workout I tend to skip the gym and opt for an at home workout. At home workouts are good because they don’t always require a lot of equipment, take this at home 30 minute cardio workout for example.Â
Throwing in an at home workout can also be therapeutic. Sometimes I can get stuck in a rut with my workouts and I find that I can’t even drag myself to the gym.
When this happens I skip the gym and instead I put together a workout at home that always leaves me dripping in sweat. Sometimes I feel that my at home workouts are harder than the ones I perform at the gym and they’re normally shorter too!
